Hub RTP is a groundbreaking development blending city living and greenspace in the heart of Research Triangle Park. Once completed, it will offer 1 million square feet of inspired custom office space, and 75,000 square feet of dining and shopping experiences.
As the agency of record for Hub RTP, Rivers Agency is working closely with the Research Triangle Foundation (RTF) team on the development and marketing of this innovative new project.
Recently, Rivers had the opportunity to travel with the RTF team to Washington, D.C. to review progress on the model of the Hub’s 100-acre site. ArchiBIM was commissioned to create and fabricate the 3-D model, and it has already spent three months meticulously bringing the plans to life with incredible detail.
