What an honor it is to be included in the new Chapel Hill “2016 Visitors & Relocation Guide!” A collaboration between Chapel Hill magazine and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce, the guide provides readers with everything there is to know about living or visiting this dynamic region, from neighborhoods, schools and retirement centers to the latest information on dining, entertainment and local sites of interest.

Our agency is included in an eight-page feature on pages 40 to 47 entitled, “Getting Down to Business.” The article — which highlights business resources of interest to newcomers — features an interview with Rivers Agency President Lauren Rivers, as well as our creative director, Sarah Owens. In a Q&A discussion, this dynamic duo shares their insights on Rivers Agency’s recent growth, the agency’s new offices near the UNC-Chapel Hill campus and the qualities that make working in Chapel Hill so special. The article also describes the Rivers Agency’s unique culture of creativity and innovation, which includes fun perqs such as “free-lunch Fridays” and a bike that employees can check out to pedal around town during breaks or to get to a nearby meeting.

The icing on the cake is a gorgeous, half-page photo of Rivers’ stylish new headquarters in the Greenbridge building in downtown Chapel Hill. The photo showcases our inspiring, Philip Szostak-designed workspace, where our 40-plus member team generates award-winning work for valued clients such as Capel Rugs, Bassett Mirror, Cree, Carolina Performing Arts and many others.
