Hot on the heels of last week’s victories, Rivers Agency has received two additional accolades for our recent client work. Hermes Creative Awards recognized our team with platinum and gold distinctions for our work with HUB RTP and Ori’Zaba’s, marking our first entries and first victories in the competition. Both winning entries were in the strategic campaigns category of the competition.

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals. This year’s competition drew over 6,500 entries from the US and around the world, so it’s no surprise that chief creative officer, Sarah Owens, was proud of the work that went into our winning submissions.

“Both projects – HUB and National Burrito Day Campaign – are exciting because they’ve delivered results for the clients, but they were also super unique and fun to work on. We have a great creative team, you know, that want to make this type of vibrant, creative work, and this goes to show that customers and clients want it too.” 

HUB RTP Applications

We won a platinum award, the competition’s highest honor, for our work on HUB RTP’s identity design. HUB is a 100-acre mixed-use community space situated in the bustling heart of Research Triangle Park and is slotted for completion in 2024. We constructed a vivid and energetic identity that spans every customer touchpoint, from website to physical spaces. HUB has since attracted hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial investments and residential interest.

Ori'zaba's Email Mailer

Hermes Awards also honored our National Burrito Day campaign for Ori’Zaba’s with a gold award. When Ori’Zaba’s approached us for a new messaging strategy and campaign materials, one thing was instantly apparent about their food: their quality speaks for itself. Our campaign helped that quality speak to over 1,400 customers, lifting Ori’Zaba’s sales by 101.5% and letting this exciting franchise spread even more burrito bliss.
