Hampton Farms, the leading roaster of in-shell peanuts in the United States, is headquartered in Severn, North Carolina. Hampton needed help with their digital presence and creating a brand guide to implement changes across all of their online channels.
With the goal of elevating Hampton Farms’ brand positioning, Rivers Agency created a brand guide with a new purpose, brand hierarchy, targets, tones and an illustration guide. Rivers Agency also moved Hampton Farms’ e-commerce website over to Shopify, and began managing their online store and pushing products through Google’s Merchant Feed.
Rivers partnership with Hampton Farms has increased brand awareness and revamped their social media. They’ve increased followers by 59% on Instagram and 60% on Twitter. Rivers has helped run 27 contests with over 10,000 entries. The brand list has expanded by 35% with more signups to their emails.
The Hampton Farms Shell Yeah! Summer Campaign, run by Rivers Agency, consisted of digital display ads, social influencer marketing and a “I’m a Flavor of” Sweepstakes. This increased Hampton Farms’ brand awareness up to 11.7% from 8.8% in 2017.
Rivers Agency moved Hampton Farms e-commerce website to Shopify which has increased sales by 124% to $391,000 in 2019-20 from $174,000 in 2017-18.
